Is membership free?

Yes...we charge NO membership fees to access or purchase our wholesale products.

Is there a minimum order?

No! There is no minimum order with your membership...in fact, we're one of the few wholesale dropship distributors that doesn't have a minimum order, small order fee or force you to buy in bulk. You can order as little as one product at a time.

How are orders shipped?

Orders shipped in the Continental U.S are sent via UPS ground. Orders shipped to Canada are send via Canada Post. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands are sent via Air Mail. Rush orders are sent via DHL 2 Day.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on the wholesale total of your order. Each order has a minimum shipping charge as specified.

If you're not sure how to figure the shipping cost of an item, just add it to your shopping cart. Then click estimate shipping, this will give you your shipping options and charges. Then you can remove it.

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days. The above times are estimates from the day you place your order.

Do you dropship?

Yes! We will ship directly to your customer. The packing slip and address label will say "ORDER FULFILLMENT CENTER" with our return address on it (this way your customer can make returns to us without knowing who we are while at the same time saving you the cost of shipping back to us). No pricing information is listed on the packing slip. There is no additional charge for dropshipping. You pay just the normal shipping charges.

How do I get images of your products?

It's easy and free - just copy them from our website!

Do you provide online tracking numbers?

Yes, all of your UPS orders can be tracked online in your account from our wholesale website. We also email you a copy of the tracking number once your order ships.

If I sell through online auctions, how do I know you won't run out of stock?

You can never be sure that we will have stock remaining once your auction ends. However we are typically 97-99% in stock (one of the highest rates in the industry).

How do you handle returns/refunds/exchanges?

If an item you or your customer receives arrives broken or seems defective in any way, simply contact us and we will send out a replacement or issue credit to your account, whichever your prefer. DO NOT return a package without first contacting us for instructions. Non-defective/non-damaged returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days and we will credit your account minus a 20% restocking fee. Do not return an order without prior approval.

The bottom line is we want to keep you and customers happy and provide top-notch service so that you look good to your customers. To that extent, we do everything possible to quickly rectify any problem order.

Do your products have any guarantees or warranties?

We guarantee that every product we sell will be as pictured and described and will be free from defect. If you or your customer receives an item that does not meet this guarantee, we will send out a replacement or issue credit to your account, whichever your prefer.

I placed and order, can i cancel it?

Sorry, once you place your order we cannot cancel it. Once you place your order, it is to late to cancel it.

Do you offer price matching?

No, we do not offer price matching.

Is this available outside of the United States?

YES. We ship to Canada as well.
